The Heights

Located a few minutes northwest of downtown Houston, you will find this cute, trendy area called The Heights. There is no shortage of things to do or see in The Heights. You can find anything from historic homes, to local art shops, parks, shopping, cute coffee shops and more fantastic restaurants than you can count. 

Montrose

In the heart of downtown, you will find the demographically diverse community of Montrose. Montrose is perfect for young professionals as well as families. Boasting only 4 square miles you will find endless coffee shops, restaurants and shopping as well as nearby parks. 

Museum District

Want to live downtown but still have that homey neighborhood feel? The Museum district neighborhoods are pedestrian-friendly, lined with jogging trails and even parks. Conveniently located to Hermann Park and home to most of the many of the museums Houston has to offer. 

River Oaks

One of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Downtown Houston. In River Oaks, you will find 1,100 acres of magnificent mansions ranging anywhere between $1 Million to $50 Million and beyond. It is considered the most expensive neighborhood in Texas and in the top 10 most expensive neighborhoods in all of America. You will also find many high-end boutiques, art galleries and fine dining.
